You are an individual contributor who will be part of an empowered agile team working on our portfolio of products.</p><p>At LSEG, we consider on providing opportunities equally as priority, we strive to establish teams that are diverse and encourage coordinated working and sharing of ideas!</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Main Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Supervises a team, allocates tasks to team members and co-ordinate work of other team members to efficiently implement the end-to-end testing in the SDLC.</li><li>Handles and leads end-to-end testing delivery and activities in alignment with the organisation's quality standards and strategy to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified business and customer needs.</li><li>Reviews and approves test plans and scripts to ensure alignment with standards and technology strategy.</li><li>Leads all aspects of the maintenance of all customer technology solutions, ensuring all issues are resolved on time.</li><li>Develops understanding of LSEG's commercial direction and how quality and technology are a part of this.</li><li>Builds positive relationships with internal and external collaborators, growing own network and collaborating with other teams.</li><li>Communicates sophisticated / technical information clearly and concisely in an audience-appropriate format.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Essential Skills/Experience Required:</b></p><ul><li>Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering</li><li>8+ years in software delivery domain</li><li>Proven experience of testing processes and methodologies: strategy, plan, design, implement, report and measurement</li><li>Good team-collaboration and skills on effective communication</li><li>Familiar with agile methodology and good sense of quality ownership and risk assessment</li><li>Exhibits Test Management experience in entire SDLC, software quality assurance, preferably in multi-tiered applications.</li><li>Validated hands-on experience in at least one programming language <span>JavaScript/TypeScript,</span> Selenium, Postman, Playwright, etc.</li><li>Experience on CICD methodology, testing automation tools and frameworks.</li><li>Experience with performance engineering, SDLC stage, public cloud (AWS, Azure), Financial Knowledge is a plus.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Benefits</b>:</p><p></p><p>We are looking for intellectually curious people, passionate about the bigger picture of how technology industry is evolving, ready to ask difficult questions and deal with complicated scenarios!
