NBC Sports Next is where sports and technology intersect. We’re a subdivision of NBC Sports and home to all NBCUniversal digital applications in sports and technology within our three groups: Youth & Recreational Sports; Golf; and Betting, Gaming & Emerging Media.

NBC Sports Next includes three groups. This role is part of our Golf group.

Golf fuses the team behind products and services like GolfNow, TeeOff and GolfPass, which better connects golfers and golf facilities around the world through innovative solutions like cloud-based golf course management and SmartPlay contactless technology and services that create optimum golfing experiences.

GolfNow seeks to add a highly motivated individual to our Sales Operations department. As the Sales Operations Coordinator, you will provide a broad range of support functions to the team, as we work to ensure that our process and procedures comply with standards set by company leadership. You will provide direct administrative support and interact with department leads.

Job Duties

• Serve as the first level of support for operational and Salesforce questions from supported departments
• Assist leadership in creating Salesforce reports and dashboards
• Coordinate meetings with stakeholders from supported departments and outline Salesforce requests
• Test completed Salesforce tickets to ensure stakeholder needs have been met
• Create and edit articles in the Knowledge Resource Library
• Conduct proactive audits of Salesforce reports, dashboards, and queues to ensure the system is operating as intended

Qualifications

Basic Requirements

• 1+ years' experience utilizing a CRM system
• 2+ years' experience in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Interpersonal skills and effective teamwork are essential
• Ability to deliver on role duties and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
