Software Test Tool Technical Lead for DI ( Innovation & technology)

<p> Req ID 65781 Timisoara, Romania<br/>      </p> <p>Role description: As a SW Test Tool technical leader, your main responsibility is to be the main interface for the team with the internal and external partners, develop the team on technical topics, assure delivery of the projects/work packages with the expected quality standards and planned schedule. </p> <p> </p> <p>Tasks: </p> <p> </p> <p>People </p> <ul> <li> <p>Integrate new team members and coach them. </p> </li> <li> <p>Support in creating and following development plans for the people in the team </p> </li> <li> <p>Support in the hiring process </p> </li> <li> <p>Define strategy for his team (roles to be developed, competencies, etc) </p> </li> </ul> <p>Projects </p> <ul> <li> <p>Team directions: Automation, Modeling and Tool HW design </p> </li> <li> <p>Automation: Vector tooling (CANoe CAPL), dSpace (Automation Desk), EXAM (good to know) </p> </li> <li> <p>Modeling: HIL and SIL modeling (vECU) – Matlab/Simulink, NI, Softcar </p> </li> <li> <p>Tool HW design: HW solutions for project needs </p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Plan &amp; track the progress of tasks for the team members </p> </li> <li> <p>Help solve impediments and foster improvements </p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure delivery of the work packages in time and with the expected quality </p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain close interaction with the stakeholders for the team’s projects </p> </li> <li> <p>Involvement in case of red-alerts/high prio topics </p> </li> <li> <p>Prepare and train test engineers in automation area </p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Participate in strategy definition on group level </p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Skills:    </p> <ul> <li>Coordination skills</li> <li>Planning, tracking, decision making skills</li> <li>Advanced understanding of Automotive testing     Basic Knowledge on UDS, Bus Communication CAN, CANFD (Flexray - good to know)</li> <li>Basic experience with Dspace HIL - Control Desk, HIL environment</li> <li>Debugging Skills</li> <li>Basic experience with Python Script, CAPL for Test Cases</li> <li>Grasping quickly the expectation from the counterparts.</li> <li>Able to make decisions for Setting up test environment, maturity and understanding of the project.</li> <li>Grasping quickly the expectation from the counterparts.</li> <li>Working on Bench SetupWorking on Bench Setup</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Be part of our ZF team as Software Test Tool Technical Lead for DI ( Innovation &amp; technology) and apply now!</p> <p>Contact</p> <p>Anca Elvira Hentiu</p> <p></p>
