Junior Scheduler (00421)

Position Summary
As a Junior Scheduler, you will prepare, update, or review construction schedules in Primavera P6. In this role, you will meet with clients to develop and update project schedules, review and analyze schedules, evaluate delay analyses, and change order requests for entitlement. You will also draft project-related correspondence. This role will enrich your continued learning as you will be exposed to a vast portfolio of projects from horizontal to vertical construction. 

Position Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field. 
• A minimum of 1-3 years of related scheduling experience is required. 
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills are required. 
• Must have CPM and hands-on scheduling experience with Oracle Primavera P6. 

Additional Requirements Physical: Standing or sitting for long periods; must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times and spend extended hours in front of a computer screen. Cognitive: Problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills; computer and software skills; and ability to read and interpret text online or in printed form. About PMA At PMA, employee well-being is a daily priority.
