Swope Motorsports in Louisville, Kentucky, which became part of the Swope Family of Dealerships is 2022, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Motorcycle Parts Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with their motorcycle parts needs and ensuring that they receive exceptional service.Ā

Responsibilities include:
- Assist customers with finding the right parts for their motorcycles
- Provide guidance and recommendations on parts and accessories
- Process orders, including shipping and receiving
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Provides high level of service to internal and external customers
- Participates in all training programs that are made available
- Keeps current on new products and product updates
- Assist in updating online parts stores
Requirements
- Passion for motorcycles and knowledge of motorcycle parts and accessories
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with customers
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volume of customer inquiries
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Previous experience in motorcycle parts or retail sales is preferred but not required
- Experience with website building is preferred but not required
