Outpatient Service Specialist

Total Care Therapy (TCT) is a therapist-owned organization providing Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services. We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Outpatient Service Specialist to support outpatient operations and ensure patient documentation and authorizations remain compliant and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and submit Plans of Care (POCs) for physician signature

• Upload and monitor signed POCs in Raintree EMR

• Prepare, submit, and follow up on insurance authorizations

• Coordinate scheduling while authorizations are pending

• Ensure signed patient consents are received and compliant

• Maintain accurate patient charts and documentation

• Communicate with therapists, physician offices, DORs, and regional teams

• Assist with additional outpatient administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Healthcare administration or insurance authorization experience preferred

• EMR experience (Raintree a plus)

• Monday–Friday, in-office
