As a Wellness Representative, you’ll be the face of our studio, providing exceptional service, educating clients, and driving sales of memberships and service packs to support their wellness goals- with also having the opportunity for commission.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and guide clients through their wellness journey
  
  
• Answer calls, return voicemails, and manage appointment scheduling
  
  
• Onboard new clients: complete waivers, set up profiles, and explain services
  
  
• Lead studio tours and confidently sell memberships and service packages
  
  
• Educate clients on service benefits, protocols, and follow-up care
  
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
  
  
• Support daily operations including opening and closing procedures
  
  
• Embody Restore’s values and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• A positive, self-starter with a strong growth mindset
  
  
• Sales-minded with a genuine desire to help others
  
  
• At least 1 year of customer service experience (preferably retail or wellness)
  
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
  
  
• Comfortable working weekends and in a fast-paced setting
  
  
• Background or interest in kinesiology, exercise science, or related fields preferred
