What You Will Do
You'll be the driving force behind every project, from identifying clients to sealing the deal with final invoicing. Your role is a thrilling blend of interpersonal finesse and technical wizardry. Dive into complex technical challenges, from identifying problems to defining system architectures, specifying hardware/software, overseeing implementation, rigorous testing, and ensuring seamless client training and solution deployment. Your expertise will shape the future of technology solutions.
Work directly with clients to manage initial access, map and transfer data and creation of process documentation
Prepare training agendas from release documentation, field service requirements or software documentation; ensuring that course material reflects current product features and customer requirements
Strive to retain existing clients and ensure the maximum longevity of their relationship with Trimble through proactive contact, excellent service delivery and appropriate relationship development
Work in close partnership with clients to determine their key requirements, collaboration objectives, and communicate these requirements back to key business functions

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Professional Services Consulting role in software implementation (ERP preferred)
A background in Finance, Accounting, AP, AR, Payroll
Construction Accounting
Good presentation skills, training skills, client-management skills, relationship-building skills, requirements gathering experience, and negotiating skills
Excellent problem solving, risk mitigation and conflict resolution skills.
Strong initiative, customer-service orientation and commitment to ensuring timely, quality solutions to customer issues.
Travel
This position may require North American (United States and Canada) travel (10%) for 3-5 day durations, working in various conditions at customer locations.
Travel requirements may vary depending on assigned number of customer projects and project timing. Candidates for this position must be willing and able to meet travel requirements.
Preferred
Subject matter expertise in two or more of the following areas:
Consulting principles and practices
Accounting principles and practices
Construction Accounting principles and practices
