Essential Job Functions:
- Support project management and business development team in various project-related tasks, including research, analysis, and documentation.
- Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform project strategies and business development efforts.
- Collaborate with team members to compile and analyze project data, generate reports, and identify key insights and trends.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials to support project pitches and engagements.
- Assist in the coordination of project activities, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and tracking project milestones.
- Communicate effectively with internal team members and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress on project objectives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of project plans, processes, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Take initiative to learn new skills, tools, and techniques relevant to project management and business development.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including managing documentation, filing, and organizing project-related materials.
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude while representing the organization in all interactions and engagements.
Position Requirements:
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program, preferably in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in work output.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities.
- Previous experience or coursework in project management, business development, or related fields is a plus, but not required.
Pay Rate: $16/hr
