Customer Service Representative

Description

Residential Elevators, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative who can provide excellent support for internal and external customers, as well as scheduling service technicians in large geographic territories.

Duties

• Build and maintain rapport with customers
• Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints
• Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
• Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs.
• Assists in planning and implementing department goals and makes recommendations to management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Managing schedules of service technicians team in an assigned geographic area

• Must be customer oriented and with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Team player with the ability to set and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Organizational skills are a must, scheduling experience preferred
• Must be able to complete tasks and follow up in a timely manner
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Microsoft Office / Computer proficiency
• Must be able to work full-time 40 hours per week
• 1-3 years of customer service experience
