As the Production Designer for Tinder’s internal creative team, Tinder Studio, you will assist in creating and implementing various designs for the product. You should understand basic design principles, including composition, hierarchy, typography, layout, and color. You should also have the technical knowledge to develop assets for various media formats, including digital and print.
Tinder Studio is a team of multi-disciplinary creatives and acts as a partner across product and brand to deliver high-quality creative solutions, quickly and efficiently delivering work across many functions: Product Design, Product Marketing, CRM, Comms, Internal Branding, Brand Partnerships, and more. Because this role works with so many teams, this person will need to be highly collaborative, organized, and possess clear communication skills.
This is a hybrid role and requires in-office collaboration three times per week. This position is located in West Hollywood (Preferred) or San Francisco.

What you'll do:
- Support a wide variety of internal and external projects across marketing and product.
- Work closely with brand and product designers to create, execute, and optimize designs.
- Work with brand designers to maintain internal templates, look books, and brand guides.
- Produce assets across various media types for both digital and print.
- Prepare and package assets for handoff, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Collaborate closely with XFN partners, providing additional design support where needed.
What we're looking for:
- 1-2 years of professional experience in digital, graphic, and/or product design.
- Experience designing for various media types (digital and print).
- Experience in digital design, graphic design, and/or product design.
- A portfolio showing an excellent sense of typography, layout, and general design principles.
- First-hand experience with current design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, etc.), and the eagerness to learn new ones.
- Highly organized and possess a strong attention to design details.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Thrives at multitasking and has a self-starter attitude.
- Excitement to work in a fast-paced, low-ego environment.
Bonus points if you have:
- Illustration experience
- Motion design experience
- Photo editing experience
