The Role
The Process and Customer Manager - Customer Engagement will be a dynamic challenging role, with a major focus on data analytics in support of our Public Sector segment. The role will focus on data extraction and analysis, leading to strategic insights that help drive further opportunities for revenue growth. Additionally, the role will assist with data needs from the process optimization team as a means of supporting development of baseline and target metrics as a measurement of success.
The Main Responsibilities
- Gather data from various public sources, including GovWin and GovNavigator
- Gather data from various internal sources.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous validation and cleaning processes.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends and insights.
- Use data mining techniques to uncover patterns that can inform decision-making regarding revenue growth, customer focus and contract level information.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present data insights clearly.
- Create written reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Provide actionable insights to support strategic planning.
- Assist in the development of evidence-based recommendations by interpreting data findings.
- Work with various leaders to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.
- Collaborate with Process Optimization peers to understand initiative goals, select appropriate data sources and establish baseline and success metrics.
- Facilitate training and workshops to help stakeholders understand and use BI tools effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest BI technologies and methodologies to enhance data analysis capabilities.
- Translate insights into potential campaigns and lead generation opportunities
- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
What We Look For in a Candidate
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
- 5+ years of related business/data analyst experience
- Proven experience with data extraction and analysis tools
- Strategic thinking and application skills
Preferred
- Experience with PowerBI
- Experience working with sales and revenue data in a revenue/sales operation’s capacity is a plus
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
Location Based Pay Ranges:
$82,969 - $110,625 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.
$87,117 - $116,156 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.
$91,266 - $121,688 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
