In This Role

You will join a highly skilled engineering team focused on building secure, scalable, and automated systems that support cyber‑crime and malware disruption initiatives. Your work will be critical in designing and enhancing cloud-native, AI-powered CI/CD pipelines that enforce security and governance standards, ensuring safe and reliable software delivery at scale. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive adoption of secure development best practices, and contribute to innovation in engineering systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize automated build and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for cloud-native applications and AI-powered solutions.

• Implement automated compliance checks for security and responsible AI standards within the development lifecycle.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security and governance controls into deployment workflows.

• Improve integration, deployment, and observability tools to support medium- to large-scale distributed systems.

• Ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, and secure, following DevOps, DataOps, and MLOps best practices.

• Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous innovation in engineering systems.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience creating and deploying build pipelines in Azure DevOps.

• Minimum 5 years of experience working on medium-scale AI systems.

• Minimum 5 years of experience with network security, identity, and authentication fundamentals.

• Strong expertise in designing reusable, high-quality CI/CD pipelines for complex systems.

• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux environments.

• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

• Knowledge of cloud-native architecture and secure software development lifecycle principles.

• Familiarity with DataOps, MLOps, and AIOps practices.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms and services such as Azure (beyond DevOps).

• Background in AI/ML systems and applying responsible AI principles.

• Strong coding skills in Python, C#, and/or Shell scripting.

• Familiarity with security automation and compliance frameworks.
