The Role
Bring your passion for crafting outstanding customer experiences, using data to drive decisions, and collaborating across Fidelity Wealth, Brokerage, and Workplace Investing to the Lifetime Engagement Capabilities Squad. As a member of the Business Enablement chapter embedded in this squad, the Business Analyst will collaborate across Retail and Workplace businesses to help test, define, and deliver engaging experiences. The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of digital product development experience, ideally in financial services.
- Strong command of business analysis methodologies, including data analysis, use case development, story writing, business acceptance testing and product documentation.
- Ability to actively participate in technical discussions with developers, help make technical trade-off decisions and set criteria for minimum viable product (MVP).
- Conducting business acceptance testing to ensure that the solutions meet the defined requirements. Collaborate with developers to address any issues before deployment.
- Experience releasing new products to market, including scaled delivery techniques, A/B testing and preparing builds for post launch measurement and analysis.
- Analyzing customer data and feedback to gauge the effectiveness of delivered solutions and identify areas for improvement as part of continuous feedback loop. Familiarity with snowflake and/or Adobe Analytics a plus.
- Communicating with impact and clarity, both in your written, graphical, and verbal delivery. Deep experience in writing user stories to guide the technical development of products.
- Building positive relationships with partners across multiple disciplines, such as UXD, Marketing, LRC, CKSI, technology, QA and distribution to deliver new products to market.
- Practicing Agile in squad-based setting including experience with Agile routines, such as daily scrum, retros, and backlog management tools, such as Jira.
- Managing product development and delivery roadmaps, forecasting the timing and quality/MVP level for upcoming deliverables.
- Applying your proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Miro, Tridion Content Management and eReview to advance the squad’s work.
- Understanding of Fidelity’s retail and/or workplace products, solutions, and organization; deeper subject matter expertise across business units a plus

The Lifetime Engagement Capabilities Squad partners with key stakeholders across Fidelity to define the strategy, tactics and technology required to deliver best-in-class customer experiences. The squad is passionate about becoming our customers’ primary financial partner by delivering integrated experiences, content and solutions that are personalized and relevant in the context of their financial lives. You’ll work across both digital and live distribution channels and workplace and retail businesses to deliver on this focus. Additionally, as a member of the Business Enablement chapter, you’ll receive ongoing skill and career coaching to help you grow personally and professionally.
