What is the role we are searching for?

Detail Manager-Cranberry Township, PA:

CarShop is seeking a responsible, hardworking, skilled Detail Manager to manage the Detail Department in alignment with the company culture and Values.

What will you do?

• The Detail Manager will oversee all aspects of the Detail Department, including: directing the internal and external cosmetic preparation of all vehicles acquired for inventory and customer delivery, scheduling detailers to optimize quality output, maintenance of necessary records and reports on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual schedules.
• Responsible for ensuring that the cosmetic quality of all vehicles meets the CarShop standard of excellence.
• The successful candidate will develop and propose policies, procedures, and activities for the detail department that will improve company performance.
• Promote teamwork within and between departments.
• The Detail Manager is responsible for conducting and scheduling performance reviews of all subordinates.
