Overview:
Supports and executes content strategy, content development, internal communications, and recruitment marketing initiatives within administrative areas of the Abigail Wexner Research Institute and in collaboration with the Medical and Science Communications team within the Nationwide Children’s Marketing & Public Relations Department. Ensures essential business, operational, and training information is current and easily accessible. Manages weekly communications to promote academic and educational opportunities organization wide. Supports early-career scientist recruitment and retention (undergraduate, graduate, and postdoctoral) through strategic use of social media and by maintaining internal and external websites.

- Collaborates on the implementation of marketing and communication projects, campaigns, or events, ensuring completion within time and budget constraints.
- Assists with the strategic development and evaluation of marketing and communication plans.
- Creates and edits content and materials for assigned platforms or audiences.
- Collaborates with various teams, departments, and external vendors, ensuring that the execution of projects and strategies align with broader organizational objectives.
- Uses data and analytics to inform strategies and measure the effectiveness of campaigns and projects.
- Provides support to clients, team members, and other departments, ensuring continuous quality and service improvement.

- Healthcare experience, preferred.
