Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategy development process for the division, including monitoring strategy implementation.

• Identify, evaluate, prioritize and recommend new business opportunities (including M&A).

• Analyze selected markets and the competitive environment.

• Conduct strategic analysis of the division business segments, sharpen strategic alignment, and support portfolio management.

• Create a toolbox for maximizing the exploitation of growth areas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master degree and more than 5 years of experience in market research and/or strategic consulting and in managing global projects.

• Deep knowledge of the nonwoven industry.

• Travel commitment > 30%.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills in German and English. Proficient in MS-Office.

• Market orientation and interest in technologies.

• Creativity and an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset (Thinking out of the Box).

• Analytical thinking and decision-making ability.

• Team player with organizational skills.
