Position Summary:
As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will ensure the delivery of Specialty Pharmacy Projects. This position will be the Technical Subject Matter Expert on integrated applications and end to end testing. A successful candidate will ensure that defined QA Processes are implemented in all aspects of project oversight (plan, design, implement, execute, evaluate) and identify efficiency improvements across the team. As part of the Specialty Pharmacy Projects Team, you will also research and recommend new technologies for QA including automation tools. The Sr Quality Engineer should be able to actively participate in leadership meetings and project discussions and should be able to contribute to strategic planning and execution of all QA management tasks.
Additional responsibilities of the Senior Quality Engineer include:
- Developing and leading testing strategies
- Acquiring and disseminating project information and quality status to internal and external partners
- Establish and ensure adherence to quality assurance testing directions, standards, guidelines and methodologies
- Management of projects or a program to successful quality delivery
- Prepare reports and results of software testing and assist management in data gathering for QE metrics and improvements
- Ensure that defined QE SEP Processes are implemented in all aspects of project oversight (plan, design, implement, execute, evaluate)
- Represent QA in discussions with all aspects of project life cycle related to RCA, mitigation of project risks, defect triaging and planning
- Act as the technical SME on integrated applications and end to end testing
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years related experience in IT Quality Engineering
- 3+ years of hands on experience with automation tools - Playwright, UI Path and Selenium with BDD framework
- 3+ years of experience with technologies such as SQL, Java and JavaScript
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Rally
- Experience leading medium to large projects Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and business language
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM and waterfall testing methodologies
- Healthcare industry experience with Specialty/PBM background
- Experience with additional software and data engineering technologies and tools is a plus
- Highly self-motivated and self-directed and able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

The typical pay range for this role is:
$92,700.00 - $185,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
