Pharmacist (Part-Time)

CompleteRx is collaborating with Wyoming County Community Health System to recruit candidates for a part-time Pharmacist opportunity located in Warsaw, NY. WCCHS, a full-service, County-owned health system comprised of a 62-bed acute-care hospital with a 138-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Warsaw, NY, provides 24-hour emergency care as well as a full range of specialty health care.

Pharmacy Hours

• Monday - Friday, 7am - 6pm (shifts include: 8am - 4pm or 10am - 6pm)
• Saturday and Sunday, 7am - 3pm
• Position Hours: 0.60 FTE

Compensation

• Salary: $62,399.33 - $75,740.28 per year
• The position qualifies for health insurance and a pension.

What You Will Do

• Clinical duties include aminoglycoside dosing, anticoagulant monitoring, medication reconciliation, patient counseling, discharge counseling, and provider rounds.
• Half of the time will be spent on patient units.
• The Pharmacist is responsible for the compounding and dispensing of medications according to written prescriptions.
  The work is performed under general supervision with considerable leeway for planning work methods and assuming responsibility for professional results.
• All other duties as required.

What You Will Need

Requirements:

• Graduated from a regionally accredited or New York State registered college with a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy AND eligibility to practice pharmacy in New York State.
• Must be actively licensed at the time of appointment.
