JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled researcher to join our team working on federated learning for healthcare. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in federated learning and its applications in healthcare, demonstrated through publications in top-tier conferences.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cutting-edge research in federated learning for healthcare applications.
  • Develop and implement innovative algorithms and models to enhance data privacy and security in distributed medical datasets.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to translate research findings into practical solutions.
  • Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals.
  • Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the growth of our research team.

Requirements:

  • Publications: The candidate must have published papers on federated learning and healthcare in top conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, KDD, ACL, EMNLP, NAACL, IJCAI, and AAAI.
  • Technical Skills: Strong programming abilities in languages such as Python, with experience in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Research Skills: Demonstrated expertise in federated learning, machine learning, and healthcare applications.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams and contribute to collaborative research projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with medical datasets and healthcare-related research.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and ethical considerations in healthcare.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and independently.
