WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

The Director, Retail Operations & Service leads our Geo and Territory teams to ensure our fleet of stores is enabled to execute with excellence to deliver Nike’s brand, service, productivity and profitability standards. In collaboration with the Global Team, this role will create the future in store service and inventory operational processes, workforce management, O2O capabilities and Athlete training.

Your team will drive continuous improvement to existing selling, service and operations programs and new initiatives to achieve Operational Excellence. Your team will ensure new/remodeled stores are optimized for Athlete experience, efficiency and productivity. Your team will coordinate and champion the delivery of training programs and projects to the Territories to ensure on-time execution.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will be playing an integral role for APLA (Asia Pacific Latin America) Stores, directly managing a team of six at WHQ and indirectly leading five Territory Leads. You will be reporting to Senior Director, Nike Stores APLA. You will be acting as bridge between Global stores and internal APLA geo and territory teams.

You will partner with the business, Supply Chain, Nike Tech, Design, Global Store Operations, Marketing, Demand and Supply Management (DSM) to ensure smooth execution of our brand and season initiatives.

What you bring to nike

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

  • 5+ years of store retail experience or equivalent with proven leadership capability, including ability to motivate and mentor others

  • Ability to effectively communicate with both external and internal partners

  • Highly developed organization skills and preferably hands on team management experience

  • Comfortable working with a cross-cultural and diverse team

  • Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite i.e. Excel, PowerPoint

  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed
