What You’ll Do

As a Tool & Die Maker, you’ll be part of our team located in Tupelo, MS. You’ll get to: 

• Build & assist with install of components & new equipment
• Perform machine & fabrication work as required
• Perform maintenance on and make improvements to existing equipment & processes
• Attend required internal and/or external safety classes and follow all safety rules
• Operate lift trucks, man lifts, cranes, welders and other equipment
• Maintain quality and production standards following all ISO and company procedures
• Recognize concerns and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Assist in the selection, development, & training of personnel
• Provide feedback to the engineering team on how to improve our machines & processes
• Assist facilities engineering with building maintenance & improvement tasks
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager

• State approved Journeyman tool & die maker or 5-Years’ Experience
• Must be able to safely and properly use all applicable equipment
• Proven ability to read blueprints, build and repair dies, jigs, and fixtures
• Ability to develop, implement, or improve preventative maintenance measures
• Lift truck operators license or successfully complete lift truck training
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Working knowledge of machining, stamping, fabrication, and assembly operations
• Able to work on any shift and weekends/overtime if required
