Full Stack Developer – Project Delivery Specialist

 Work you’ll do/Responsibilities  

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain modern web applications across front-end and back-end layers. This role will contribute to application architecture, development, testing, and deployment while working closely with product, QA, and engineering teams. The work requires strong healthcare domain delivery experience (payer/provider operations preferred), data-driven decisioning, and executive stakeholder management from discovery through launch (including SOPs and training).

• Develop responsive front-end interfaces using frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Build back-end services and APIs using Java, .NET, Node.js technologies.
• Design and manage application data models, database interactions, and service integrations.
• Ensure performance, security, scalability, and maintainability of applications.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
• Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Qualifications

Required

• 6+yrs Experience in both front-end and back-end application development.
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, software design principles, and web architecture.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile development practices.
• Strong problem-solving and team collaboration skills.
• 6+yrs Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with microservices, containerization, and DevSecOps practices.
• Exposure to automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
