About the role

• Roofing Supervisors oversee the boots on the ground operations of roof installations. Roofing Supervisors are responsible for communicating with the customer and with office staff concerning roof installations.

What you'll do

• List of duties include but are not limited to:
• Review scheduled projects to prepare for installation
• Arrange for sub contractor crew to be on site for the appropriate job
• Order roofing materials
• Make confirmation calls with customers the day before the scheduled work
• Oversee roof installations and take appropriate photos by following daily checklist
• Update homeowner throughout installation
• Update office staff throughout installation
• Ensure quality of roof installation
• Perform walkthroughs at beginning of job, during installation, and at closing to ensure that standards are met
• Ensure site is clean of debris upon completion
• Call in for waste removal

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or 3-5 years of work experience
