Position: Experienced Sales Representative

Starting Wage: $22-$32/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm with some flexibility

Location: Remote *MUST LIVE IN OREGON*

Experienced Sales Representative– Make an Impact in the IDD Community

Join IDD Resource Guide as a results-driven sales professional. Build partnerships, promote our Partner With Us packages, mentor advocates, and drive growth—all while supporting the IDD community.

We’re looking for an organized, proactive, relationship-focused go-getter with proven sales experience and a passion for making a difference.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Sales & Engagement: Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential community partners. Sell IDD Resource Guide Partner With Us packages to organizations and individuals.
• Account Management: Maintain and support all assigned accounts, ensuring accurate CRM records in Monday.com, timely follow-ups, and high-quality outcomes.
• Lead & Mentor: Support, coach, and train advocates and team members to grow their sales and engagement skills.
• Team & Event Support: Step in as needed for events, meetings, or account coverage, representing IDD RG at community gatherings and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work with internal teams to develop sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and process improvements that support community events and initiatives.
• Deliver Results: Track, review, and report performance metrics, providing feedback to ensure every interaction reinforces our commitment to quality and excellence.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or community-focused services.
• Experience with CRM platforms and the Google Suite, and Intermediate knowledge of AI and account management, are highly preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to travel for events as needed.
• Minimum of 60 wpm typing skills
