INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Provide customers with reliable and competent advice on products and services
• Handle and process incoming orders, returns and repairs
• Maintain showroom and warehouse area (product presentation and shelf management)
• Manage replenishment of out-of-stock articles (ordering, receival and storage of goods as well as the monitoring of the inventory)
• Proactively call customers and activate them to visit the depot
• Deliver special orders same day with our own van (in case no separate driver is available)

SHARED ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Manage depot stock in collaboration with supply chain dpmt.
