Head of Brand Operations — Pepe Chicken
Location: Paris, France (Hybrid)
Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer
The Mission: Grow Pepe Chicken
As the Head of Brand Operations for Pepe Chicken, you aren't just managing a menu; you are the architect of the "Pepe Growth Engine." You will sit at the cockpit of Taster’s flagship brand, responsible for bridging the gap between high-level brand identity and the granular operational reality of a massive franchise network. Your goal is simple but ambitious: make Pepe Chicken the undisputed leader of the digital-first QSR space.
The Scope: What You Will Own
Strategic Roadmap: Define the 12–24 month vision for Pepe Chicken alongside the creator team. You’ll translate high-level brand goals into actionable, quarterly commercial milestones.
The Growth Engine: Design and execute multi-channel marketing plans that drive "Orders Per Kitchen" (OPK). You’ll balance aggressive customer acquisition with sustainable retention.
Performance Optimization: This means optimizing pricing tiers, A/B testing promotions, and making successful the "Innovation Funnel" for LTOs.
Marketplace Dominance: mastering the algorithms of Deliveroo, UberEats, and Just Eat to ensure maximum visibility and conversion.
Creator Relationship: Manage the strategic relationship with our creator team.
P&L Stewardship: You own the unit economics. You will be responsible for managing the brand’s budget, optimizing CAC/LTV ratios, and protecting the bottom line across the franchise network.
Is It Really For Me?
The Track Record: 7+ years in high-growth Brand Management, Marketing, or Ops. If you’ve scaled a QSR brand or a marketplace-heavy startup, we want to talk.
QSR Deep-Dive: You understand the "Franchise mindset." You know how to motivate partners and optimize kitchen throughput via digital levers.
Financial Fluency: You speak the language of unit economics. You can explain how a change in COGS or a specific promo structure impacts the total P&L.
Data Native: You don’t just "look" at reports; you interrogate them. Proficiency in Looker and advanced Excel modeling is non-negotiable.
Bilingual: You are equally comfortable pitching a strategy in English as you are negotiating details in French.
Agility: You thrive in moving from high-level board decks to "boots on the ground" operational fixes in a single afternoon.
