Job Summary:

Join us! Supermicro has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Compliance Analyst to join our dynamic and fast-paced work environment. The role of the Sr. Compliance Analyst will report to the Director of Compliance and will assist in a broad range of Company's various compliance initiatives. 

This position will support the developing and implementing of processes and procedures for the ESG Frameworks utilizing knowledge and tools that are relevant to the standards.  This position is responsible for owning the global social data collection and consolidation process, including, but not limited to:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and implement the social data collection campaign, including scope confirmation, stakeholder training, and data validation
• Perform and oversee internal verification of territory submissions, ensuring mathematical accuracy, logistical coherence, and consistent application of the ESG Framework globally
• Prepare social trend analysis and is able to explain, articulate, and contextualize variances on a granular level using well-supported stakeholder feedback
• Collaborate with the ESG team and internal stakeholder groups on initiatives to support the continuous improvement of social KPIs
• Support ESG system configuration related to improving the user interface, changes to indicators or KPIs, and user acceptance testing
• Manage compliance to the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (“WEEE” Directive – Directive 2012/19/EU of July 2012) and other regulations that are enacted.  Organizing and/or financing the collection, treatment, recycling, and recovery of WEEE and providing specific information to recycling companies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, and preferably either a CPA, MBA or JD certification.
• 4-8 years of Finance, Audit, Compliance, or Legal consulting experience and/or experience in leading compliance and assessments at a Company.
• Experience with SAP, Workiva, Navex Global or other Compliance tools helpful to the role
• Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong communication, engagement and influencing skills. Work effectively with department managers, supervisors and employees involved with prevention efforts.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $163,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
