If this statement resonates with you, don’t be so hard on yourself—apply for the job!</p> <hr></div><h3>Alternative Delivery Project Manager</h3> <p>We’re currently seeking a seasoned Alternative Delivery Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects using alternative delivery models such as Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC), and Public-Private Partnerships (P3).</p> <h5>Location</h5> <p>This position will report to our Franklin or Nashville office and will operate on a hybrid work schedule</p> <h5>The Impact You'll Have</h5> <ul> <li>Lead multidisciplinary teams through the full lifecycle of alternative delivery projects—from proposal and procurement through design, construction, and closeout</li> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, partners, and stakeholders</li> <li>Oversee procurement strategies, teaming agreements, and pursuit efforts including RFQs/RFPs, ATCs, and interviews</li> <li>Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and risk registers</li> <li>Foster strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and public agencies to ensure seamless project execution</li> <li>Assist in guiding internal teams on alternative delivery best practices, contract mechanisms, and compliance requirements</li> <li>Identify and implement innovative delivery solutions that enhance project value and efficiency</li> <li>Coordinate with the Director of Alternative Delivery on tasks and other assigned duties</li> </ul> <h5>What You'll Need</h5> <ul> <li>12+ years of progressive experience in project management within the AEC industry, including significant involvement in alternative delivery projects</li> <li>Proven success managing infrastructure or transporta
