Based in Porto, this team collaborates closely with our global teams. The project is experiencing significant growth and diversification, which requires the strengthening and structuring of its teams. </p><p> </p><p>Main Tasks &amp; Responsibilities: </p><ul><li><p>Assume the role of Software Craftsmanship and supervise the developers of the project; </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Be involved in an Agile environment; </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ensure the transition of applications to Azure; </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Contribute to microservices oriented architecture; </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Deal with refactoring processes using a Domain Driven Design; </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Deal with business issues; </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Follow the banking sector guidelines. </p></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Main Technical Requirements: </strong></p><ul><li><p>Higher Education in Engineering or Information Technologies; </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Previous experience as a Technical Leader or Lead Developer; </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Experience with development of C# .NET (minimum 5 years); </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Experience with all the life cycle stages of an application; </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Working experience with C# .NET 4.5; .NET Core 2.2; ASP.NET MVC 5 </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Experience with GIT and gitlflow; </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Knowledge of SQL server; </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Experience with Paas Azure: Message Bus; App Manager; App Service; </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Knowledge with Azure DevOps; Visual Studio 2017; Jira/Confluence. </p></li></ul><p><strong>Other Requirements:</strong> </p><ul><li><p>Fluency in English (minimum B2 – mandatory); </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Good delegation and time management skills; </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Great leadership skills; </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Good communication skills; </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Self-directed learner, capable of working autonomously. </p></li></ul><p><strong>Nice to have: </strong></p><ul><li><p>Sophis knowledge  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Financial markets knowledge</p></li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>At Natixis, we are committed to fostering a working environment where each and every one of our people is treated with dignity and respect and where every voice is heard.
