This is a PAID internship where you will gain in-depth skills in our tech stack that will take you further to success. Here’s what we’re looking for in one of our openings:
- You’re currently enrolled in an accredited college/university and able to commute to our office during your internship.
- You’re cooperative and like to lend a helping hand to others. We have a collaborative culture here at HCSS where teamwork makes the dream work!
- You’re detail-oriented, a problem solver, and a logical thinker.
What will you be doing?
- Contribute to and Support Cloud Services Projects
- Successfully contribute to the design, development, and initial deployment of the containerized application project, and effectively assist the DevOps team in replicating the core Azure architecture for the international European region project.
- Provide Foundational Cloud Support and Administration
- Proactively assist all teams with cloud product cases and requirements, focusing on foundational tasks and learning to provide timely resolution to formally escalated cases
- Knowledge Development and Process Adherence
- Use and improve current knowledge content, and create new content based on your learning and contributions, especially regarding the Azure containerized app project
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Has earned or is working toward the Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with cloud concepts (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Basic understanding of containerization (Docker) or orchestration
- (Kubernetes).
- Exposure to scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, CMD).
Here’s what to expect:
- This internship is semester-based, and we’ll work around your school schedule. During the Fall/Spring semesters, you can work up to 25 hours a week.
- Training and mentoring will be provided, and you’ll receive feedback on your performance regularly. You’ll have numerous opportunities to continuously grow your knowledge base.
