Product Manager, Member Experience

Reporting to the Director or Product Management, Member Experience, you will guide a cross-functional team of data scientists, designers, engineers, and marketers to continuously improve the member experience and conversion to care for eligible Spring Health members.

What you’ll be doing:

• Identify and implement growth strategies aimed at increasing conversion of eligible Spring Health members to active engagement in care.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Data Science, and Engineering, to design and refine product features that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
• Conduct market analysis to identify and apply new techniques to reach and engage members across a wide range of populations.
• Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
• Lead the “covered-life to member” product roadmap, prioritizing features based on their potential impact on growth and member experience.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of product enhancements and growth initiatives.
• Model and foster a culture of rapid experimentation and continuous improvement.

• Meet or exceed targets for member conversion within your scope.
• Contribute to a seamless and delightful member experience, as measured by customer satisfaction metrics like NPS and system usability score.
• Foster a team culture of high-velocity experimentation and continuous improvement.

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in a tech or health-related field.
• Proven track record of executing successful growth strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with A/B testing, user research, and iterative development.
• Passion for mental health and a commitment to improving access to care.

The target base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,250, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
