We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Level Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level diagnostic and repair capabilities, with a focus on complex automotive systems, advanced electronics, and emerging vehicle technologies. This role requires precision, efficiency, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and vehicle reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on gasoline, diesel, hybrid, and electric vehicles, including engine, transmission, suspension, braking, and electrical systems.
Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex vehicle issues.
Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate repairs or maintenance.
Repair and replace advanced components such as ECMs, TCMs, ADAS systems, and high-voltage battery systems.
Stay current with automotive technology advancements, including electric vehicle (EV) systems, autonomous driving features, and connectivity solutions.
Collaborate with service advisors to provide accurate repair estimates and communicate technical information to customers.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and shop safety standards.
Mentor and guide junior technicians, sharing expertise and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
Complete repairs efficiently while adhering to manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
Document all work performed, including parts used, labor time, and diagnostic findings, in the shop’s management system.
Total Compensation Overview:
A Technician will earn a competitive salary of $65,000 - $140,000+ annually with a potential weekly production bonus.
