Deal Operations Specialist - Truckee, CA

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reviewing and auditing documentation for proper placement in the system
• Enter information, upload documents, and photos into the local MLS
• Create and manage transactions in the operating system
• Send communication to Sales Associates regarding incomplete files
• Work with the branch office administrative staff, as well as Agent Services staff, to ensure data accuracy and compliance to prevent errors
• Provide customer support to all of our agents and supporting staff at our branches
• Additional duties as required by business needs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in data entry, customer service or real estate-related roles
• Skillful in using the following programs, including, but not limited to: Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.  Ability to learn external and internal real estate-related applications.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required (both written and oral).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required, combined with speed and accuracy.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate with different audiences to convey the message successfully and to change gears quickly to support different customers
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize,e and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment as well as manage deadlines and time constraints.
• Outstanding organizational and file management skills; emphasis on attention to detail
• Customer-focused, delivery-oriented, and able to work in a team environment 
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
