GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Bulk Picker for Hot Parts is responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting, packing, and preparing high-priority components (often referred to as "hot parts") for immediate use in production or urgent shipment. This role is essential to maintaining operational flow and minimizing downtime in fast-paced manufacturing or logistics environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with all shipping, receiving, and inventory organization operations

Perform inventory transaction in ERP system

Work under supervision and direction of Inventory/ Logistics Team Leader
-
Scan and track incoming and outgoing orders
-
Unload, stack, move, and place products in designated areas
-
Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc. to transfer and deliver goods
-
Label warehouse stock for quick and easy identification and retrieval
-
Stack, shelve, and stage items for storage and processing/ shipment as necessary
-
Collect, pick, prepare, package, and label goods for internal and external orders
-
Double-check items to verify the accuracy of outgoing orders
-
Ensure correct part numbers, quantities, and lot numbers are selected according to pick tickets or work orders.

Stage picked items in designated areas for packing, shipping, or further processing.

Assist in loading/unloading trucks and organizing warehouse shelves.

Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs.

Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to Team Leader

Provide hands on job function training to coworkers as needed
-
Perform other duties as requested by Team Leader, Production Supervisor or Manager

Follow all company safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
-
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Prior warehouse or picking experience, especially with bulk or temperature-sensitive items, is a plus.

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners.

Forklift certification preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Perform basic math functions - add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Basic computer skills (spreadsheets, work processing, & data entry)

Operate various weighing, sorting, and measuring equipment
-
Ability to follow supervisor/manager instructions
-
Ability to effectively communicate with supervisor/manager
-
Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
-
Must be available and willing to work overtime and weekends as needed to satisfy customer needs.
