Associate Data Analyst

Onsemi is seeking an organized and resourceful individual to assist the Central Engineering organization with data initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, focusing on the New Product Development Program Management and Governance Team. This role requires the ability to conduct ad-hoc analysis and create meaningful insights through Qlik/Tableau dashboards.

• Conduct ad-hoc analysis for data sets related to new product and technology development, providing actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain QlikView and QlikSense dashboards to visualize data and present findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in IT, Business Units, and Central Engineering to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for forecasting improvement.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and quality check
• Gather data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Clean, organize, and format data for analysis.
• Monitor data quality and work on resolving discrepancies.

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Proficiency with Tableau is a must.
• Experience with Machine Learning and Python is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of data analysis and the ability to create meaningful insights from data.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Accountability and ownership of tasks and projects.
