CES - Officer (Social & Elderly Wellness) - Community Services

The Job

• Assist in preparing the launch of clubhouse of Senior Citizen Residence Scheme, including formulating, coordinating and performing various kinds of software/hardware testing of service systems, analyzing and reporting the exercise/test results, preparing relevant orientation materials to residents, etc.
• Organize and implementing psychological and social activities for residents and caregivers. 
• Provide support and care services to residents and enhance engagement with residents via different means. 
• Assist in coordinating and providing clubhouse operation services with Customer Service Representatives to provide one-stop services to residents, and communicate with different parties according to residents’ needs including property management team and support team of operator.
• Assist in handling financial related issues in the team and clubhouse facilities management 
• Provide administrative support, such as consolidating the statistics, preparing minutes and reports, maintain updated records, filing etc.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor deems appropriate.
• Shift duty is required.

 

The Person

• Degree holder in social science, social work or healthcare areas with 2 years’relevant experience.
• Preferable with experience in social or health services related to elderly.
• Good customer services skills & event organizing knowledge.
• Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good team player and able to work independently.
• Good PC knowledge and typing skills in Chinese and English.
• Basic knowledge of IT applications/systems is preferable but not essential.
