About the Team
The US Card Customer Services & Strategy team currently has several openings within the Collections Product and Enterprise Document Management Platform spaces:
Recoveries Product - The Product Senior Manager for this role will leading a team dedicated to producing high-quality data capable of powering a well-managed, ML-driven ecosystem. The scope of this role includes working with analysts to ensure business needs, including credit monitoring and strategic insight, are met. This role also owns our end-to-end risk agenda, working with risk and process to build and continuously improve controls within and around RTIC (Real Time Intelligent Collections Platform).
Enterprise Document Management Platform - The Enterprise Document Management Platform team is responsible for managing the Enterprise system of record for over 15 billion customer related documents to support critical servicing and business needs. We’re looking for a Senior Manager to drive the foundational platform strategy that supports secure, scalable, and resilient document and metadata lifecycle management. The individual will drive platform modernization initiatives while ensuring robust data governance and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate can drive discovery and solution design for broad problem statements that are not pre-defined and can work cross-functionally with multiple teams to develop solutions.

Basic Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $193,000 - $220,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
