• Achievement of KPIs: Focus on achieving relevant KPIs including Zero Harm Safety, On-Time Delivery, and Revenue Output.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• Relevant experience (5-10 years) in a large distribution business, including management of warehouse operations.

• Familiarity with ERP systems; knowledge and familiarity with SAP are considered a plus.

• College degree is preferred and could serve as a reduction to years of required experience.
