We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

The Director of Engineering for Site Reliability Engineering will be responsible for setting the strategy and vision for our next growth stage in the Tech Infrastructure space. In this role, you will work with the company's business, product, and technical stakeholders to build the platform that powers PayPal to an industry-leading 99.999% of reliability. The ideal candidate is an Engineering leader with a strong platform-first mindset, has experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud, Reliability, and Site Engineering domains, and a strong background in a high transaction volume environment, ideally in the fin-tech field.
