JOB SUMMARY
Disability Support Services - General Student Worker- South Orange Campus - Federal Work Study position
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
General office duties; answering phones, scanning and shredding documents, help with miscellaneous office projects. Assisting students with general questions, help students to requesting accommodation letters and to scheduling exam proctoring. Assist staff with exam proctoring.
FEDERAL WORK STUDY REQUIREMENT
YES -- Federal Work Study eligibility required (check your 2025/26 Financial Aid Award Offer)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Only Seton Hall Students registered for classes for 2025-2026 should apply. Students must be approved for Federal Work Study. No prior experience necessary.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Familiarity with general office environment, customer service skills. Applicants should be outgoing, friendly and polite, detail oriented, and be willing to work in a busy environment.
