The Role:
The Classroom Intern plays a pivotal role in the success of the LaunchX summer program by overseeing educational support, administrative tasks, and mentor coordination for our online programs. We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to assist in the day-to-day operations of our Entrepreneurship and Innovation Program.
Commitment:
This is a full-time temporary role, requiring complete focus during LaunchX student sessions. Interns will actively engage with LaunchX sessions throughout the day, supporting the Lead Intern and Lead Instructors. An inherent eagerness to guide students in their learning journey and maintain their enthusiasm for entrepreneurship is crucial.
Entrepreneurship Program:
Program Dates: June 30 – August 1, 2025
Training Dates: June 23 - June 27, 2025
Innovation Program:
Program Dates: June 9 – June 27, 2025
Training Dates: June 2 - June 6, 2025
Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom support: Assist assigned Lead Instructors and elective speakers with preparation and classroom logistics, including managing breakout rooms, polls, chat interactions, and occasionally facilitating simulations.
- Oversee course platform engagement: Post announcements, answer student questions, and ensure active participation while upholding LaunchX policies.
- Evaluate student submissions: Review assignments and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their work.
- Foster student engagement: Encourage interaction with classroom materials and reinforce adherence to classroom policies.
- Manage student conduct: Promptly complete and submit behavioral concern forms when necessary.
- Track attendance: Verify and maintain accurate attendance records for all sessions.
- Support team development: Host office hours to guide teams through prototyping, supply ordering, customer engagement for interviews and user testing, and other project-related needs.
- Promote team cohesion: Monitor and support the interpersonal dynamics within teams to ensure healthy collaboration and progress.

- Insightful analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience with Google Drive
- Ability to handle disputes and coordinate stakeholders
- High emotional maturity
