Clinical Support Specialist – Medical Device (San Juan, Puerto Rico)
Working as a Clinical Support Specialist for Philips Image-Guided Therapy Devices (IGTD) you will provide training, promote, and sell medical devices to ensure all professional healthcare providers have the necessary tools to care for their patients ensuring patient safety and quality.
Your role:
You are responsible for increasing the use and revenue of disposable products in your area. You work towards meeting the goals set by your territory, division, and company.
You provide training and share technical information with customers. You help develop and conduct courses for hospital staff.
You build strong relationships with customers by interacting directly with them. This includes hospital physicians, catheter laboratory personnel, and business office staff.
You work with internal teams like Marketing and R&D to understand customer needs. You provide management with insights on competitor products and company improvements.
You support company-sponsored trials and stay informed about new and current products. You handle product complaints according to company procedures and may enter data into Salesforce when needed.
You're the right fit if:
You have more than 5 years of experience as a licensed Cardiovascular Radiologic Technologist, Cardiovascular Technologist, or Registered Nurse. You also have more than 3 years of experience working in a catheter lab.
You should have skills in areas like Vascular Imaging, Cardio Rhythm Device Extraction, IVUS Imaging and Physiology, and Laser Indication for Cardiovascular, Peripheral Vascular, and Cardiac Solutions.
You have a degree as a Registered Nurse or formal training as a Cardiovascular Technician.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. This role will require travel to hospitals around Puerto Rico.
You need to know how to use computer applications like Salesforce, Microsoft Word and Excel. You must speak fluent Spanish, and you also need some level of proficiency in English as well as common office practices and equipment.
How we work together:
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is a field role and will cover all of Puerto Rico.

Additional Information:
Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to San Juan, Puerto Rico.
