They lead or investigate and resolve complex tickets or requests that cross-supported applications or encompass a broader process. The analyst performs advanced configuration or customization to address business or clinical needs, incorporating significant edits, new functionality, and numerous cross-application integrations.
- Implementation and Integration: The analyst manages the implementation of supported core application changes with third-party vendors and/or internal proprietary applications to ensure integration. They research and analyze the functionality of vendor and internally developed applications, assessing integration requirements and recommending changes or customizations as necessary.
- Mentorship and Feedback: As a subject matter expert, the analyst provides feedback to management on policies, procedures, and best practices. They mentor team members and manage project work to ensure completion according to schedule.
Education:

- Epic certification in the first CORE application specific to the role/department is required, with certification in the second CORE application to be obtained within one year of entry into the role. Specialty certifications, as applicable, are preferred. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Epic certifications in non-core but ancillary applications specific to the role/department are also preferred.
