Jefferson Healthcare is currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Clinical RN Coordinator to join our Cardiology Team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing daily leadership and supervision to the nursing staff, including task assignment, ensuring quality standards are met, conducting new employee onboarding, and providing ongoing training for current staff. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating the monthly RN schedule for the Cardiology team to ensure appropriate staffing levels at all times. What you'll need:

• Current Washington State RN license in good standing
• Current AHA BLS/CPR (for Healthcare Providers) required
• Two years of experience in a hospital/clinical environment preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• Previous leadership experience preferred
