Job Description:
Channel Manager – Medical Surgical Division, Solventum Management LLC, St. Paul, MN:
- Drive sales growth within the division according to Emerging Markets strategic plan.
- Oversee the E2E Account setup process and maintain Customer Engagement with top accounts, distributor contract negotiations, set-up, maintenance, compliance, supervision, and communication.
- Ensure alignment to local pricing needs and deviations.
- Establish, initiate, and maintain solid relationships with internal customers (Division and Area) by understanding, anticipating, and identifying their needs to support the best growth outcome and improve competitiveness.
Must have a Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field and 8 years of managerial experience in Sales.
Of experience required, must have 5 years of experience with:
(i) overseeing Channel or Distribution Account Management;
(ii) implementing & driving joint business plans with channel partners; and
(iii) working with local Medtech Regulatory Requirements of Central Caribbean area.
Must be fluent in Spanish and English. Experience may be gained concurrently.
Position is eligible for remote working from anywhere in the US.
50/60% domestic and international travel required.
Rate of Pay: $151,252 per year.
