Celestar, a B&A Company, is seeking a Security Education, Training, and Awareness Specialist to support the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Program Security Services (PSS) task order. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years
LOCATION: Arlington, Virginia
Salary Range: $105,000–$150,000 annually
Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, security clearance, and contract funding. This position is contingent upon contract award.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI Clearance, adjudicated within the past five (5) years

Responsibilities:
· Develop and deliver security education, training, and awareness products for DARPA personnel and onsite contractors.
· Conduct newcomer security orientation training and update materials as policies and requirements change.
· Develop briefings, scripts, charts, graphics, and other products supporting NISPOM and DoD-required training.
· Conduct training needs analyses and develop annual security awareness training plans.
· Develop quarterly security awareness newsletters and other awareness products reflecting current security trends.
· Develop and maintain training plans and individual training modules.
· Coordinate with the DCSA Academy and other security education organizations.
· Review and provide input regarding new or revised DoD security policies, manuals, directives, regulations, and instructions.
· Manage the DARPA Learning Management System (LMS), including development, delivery, and tracking of training.
· Prepare reports on security topics and coordinate meetings with security education professionals.
· Coordinate and track offsite training requirements.
· Provide security education supporting an analytical and innovative approach to security policy implementation.
· Support initial and refresher Original Classification Authority training.
