This position supports safe and efficient manufacturing of energetic materials by executing manual production activities, operating equipment, handling materials, and packaging finished goods. This role requires strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards while working in a team-oriented, industrial environment.</p> <p>In this role, the essential functions are:</p> <ul> <li>Execute production activities including operating equipment, staging materials, weighing, and packaging finished product in accordance with standard procedures</li> <li>Follow all safety requirements, including PPE, explosive handling protocols, and site-specific procedures to maintain a safe work environment</li> <li>Accurately record and/or communicate production data, batch information, and material usage to ensure traceability and compliance</li> <li>Transport materials and finished goods using forklifts and other approved equipment as needed</li> <li>Maintain housekeeping, inspect work areas and equipment, and report issues to support safe, reliable operations</li> </ul> <p><strong>If your experience aligns with our basic qualifications and you are inspired by our mission, we’d like to connect.
