Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to the advisory team
- Efficient Task Management:
- Provide timely and accurate support to the advisors, which ultimately enhances the client experience and satisfaction.
- Client Meeting Coordination:
- Stay updated on client meetings, advisor priorities, and project timelines.
- Prepare agendas and gather necessary documents, such as financial reports, client profiles, and meeting materials, ensuring everything is organized ahead of time.
- Participate and listen carefully in client and planning meetings and translate the discussions into a strategy for data collection
