THE JOB

The Regional Manager of Ancillary Products will support overall coordination of Upsell activities alongside the Senior Manager of Ancillary Products and venue management teams in their assigned region.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Assist venues in assigned region with recruiting, hiring, and training of all venue Ancillary Managers
  • Assist in staffing planning and execution  of company programs
  • Provide support to venues in implementing products and selling products
  • Ensure all venues are maximizing revenue and providing an excellent level of service and visual presentation
  • Travel to all venues within the region to assist with on-site experience and execution
  • Monitor all upsell builds in coordination with the national pricing team and venue box office managers
  • Create a revenue growth plan for assigned venues and work with venue teams to manage to budgets
  • Assist in oversite and completion of capital projects in their assigned regions
  • Additional items as requested by the EVP of Fan & Artist Services, Head of Ancillary Products, or Senior Manager of Ancillary Products

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; preferably in Business, Management or Hospitality 
  • Minimum of 1-3 years music venue operations or sales experience
  • Multi-unit leadership experience highly preferred 
  • Must have ability to work within a corporate environment and as part of a multi-disciplined team of entertainment executives 
  • Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Must be highly skilled in Microsoft Office
  • Must have expertise in the profitability analysis and budgeting 
  • Exhibits strong problem solving skills in long term and immediate situations
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for long hours
  • Must have flexibility available to work early mornings, nights, and weekends as needed
  • Must be able to travel 50% of the time and work long hours
